If you zap errors in the same way over multiple runs, Zapier will often switch it off and send you an email to alert you. You can also setup a zap that alerts you when another zap in your accounts switches off or hits an error.
In this case, you should check the History page for that zap - this will tell you where the error is and (hopefully) the reason.

From time to time, apps become disconnected in Zapier, or have temporary connection issues. Usually this will cause Zapier to switch off the zap and send you an email to warn you.
To fix this, just go to the My Apps page in Zapier. It will show you which app needs reconnecting and there will be a button to click to start the process. Once reconnected your zap may already be switched back on - or you may need to toggle it back on manually. If previously attempted tasks were held, you'll be able to replay those.
