To login to Asana, you first need to get to the login page. In your browser's address bar, type in https://app.asana.com/-/login. This will take you to Asana's homepage, and it might be beneficial for you to bookmark the page for quicker access in the future.
If, for some reason, you find difficulties accessing the link, you can also locate the login page by visiting the Asana website via a search engine. On the Asana homepage, there should be a 'Log In' button on the top right corner that will direct you to the login page.
Once you're on Asana’s login page, you'll be asked to enter your login credentials. This normally consists of your email address and password associated with your Asana account. Ensure you enter these details correctly to avoid any login issues.
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. Just click the 'Forgot Your Password?' link usually placed below the login fields. Follow the prompts thereafter to reset your password using your Asana-associated email address.

On the left side of your screen, you'll find the sidebar where your 'Projects', 'Teams', and 'Favourite' sections are located. On the right, you'll usually find details related to any task or project you click on the left sidebar. Understanding the way your dashboard is structured helps you navigate through Asana and manage your tasks more effectively.
